Lawn Care Franchise Wins Award

A leading lawn care franchise has won a gold award at the Franchisor of the Year Awards.

Countrywide Grounds Maintenance beat eight other finalists in the British Franchise Association-run awards thanks to its continuing investment in its franchisees and business operation.

The lawn franchise’s MD, Simon Scott, says:

“We are delighted. It’s a great testament to the hard work and dedication of staff and franchisees.

“Over the last 18 months we’ve developed some exciting initiatives with our franchisees to ensure Countrywide Grounds Maintenance remains the market leader and the business drives its turnover and profitability forward.”

Sir Bernhard Ingham, BFA president and chairman of the judges for the awards, says:

“Franchisors today are under many pressures. They hold in their hands the livelihoods of many individual business owners. Countrywide Grounds Maintenance has demonstrated that the work it is doing will ensure the future success of its business.”
