The mother of two has just celebrated her second anniversary and so far has inspired more than a thousand young imaginations at her sessions in South Nottinghamshire.

FS Blog: So this franchise was right up your street?

Louise Radford: I have always worked in education. I was a primary school teacher and later an adult tutor.

I loved both jobs but I never achieved the balance between home and work that I was aiming for.

The session plans and structure at Creation Station are carefully thought out and have a sound education basis but there is also scope for you to inject your own personality.
